This course is carried out online or in person, whichever suits you best.
Once learned, it’s free to do, and can be done anywhere at any time.
It’s also a skill that will last a lifetime.
During this lesson, you will experience chanting instruction.
You will practice the chanting with me during the lesson. (We both have our eyes closed.)
You will learn how to practice a very simple chant.
You will be able to ask questions before and after the 11 minute chanting practice.
If you’re coming to me for the lesson I will provide a comfortable place for you to sit.
You will need
Comfortable clothing and a blanket or extra layer of clothing if you’re someone who feels the cold.
