The Practice

You will learn how to practice a simple and comfortable style of mantra meditation that needs no specialist equipment, which also means NO APP!

You will be able to ask questions before and after the 20 minute meditation practice.

You will need
A pair of socks, as shoes are removed at the door; comfortable clothing and an extra layer of clothing if you’re someone who feels the cold.
