What is a morning ritual?

A morning ritual is a meaningful activity that helps you start your day on the right foot.

You can distinguish it from a routine through its intended purpose. Rituals are imbued with meaning, and the people who engage in them experience a sense of fulfilment, satisfaction, or enjoyment.

If you want to redesign your life, and start your day feeling great, then it’s time to create a morning ritual that excites you!

Creating YOUR Personalised Ritual

There are some standard practices that would be hugely beneficial to include in your morning ritual – like not turning your phone on until you have completed your morning ritual. 

The point of having a ritual is to start your day well, so start with things you enjoy.

You can tweak the ritual once you’ve at least got something established.

How to get started

  • If you have to be somewhere by a certain time in the mornings (work, school etc), you will need to set your alarm earlier than you usually would to allow the time you will need to do your morning ritual.
  • Start small – make it achievable
  • Start before you even get out of bed
