Turmeric Latte

With anti-inflammatory any anti-cancer properties, this is great to drink every day.

I’ve been drinking a turmeric latte almost every day since 2017. It can be an acquired taste, but once you tweak the recipe to suit your taste buds, you’ll be hooked on this health-giving tasty elixir.

I learned all about it from Michael Mosley’s BBC TV program ‘Trust me I’m a doctor’.

Read all about it here and here and also here!

A very tasty turmeric latte recipe can be found in this book or try the one of these recipes below.
