Wellbeing Workshops

An opportunity for you to experience a range of healing practices that will leave you feeling instantly relaxed, and which also have a cumulative long-term effect on your overall health when practiced regularly.

Mantra meditation, chanting and breathwork are all mindful practices that help to relieve stress. The intention being to help you to stay in the present moment; not worrying about the future, or being stuck in the past. There is no intention to empty or quiet the mind. In fact it’s quite the opposite. You will become more aware of how you’re feeling and what your mind is focused on, by being more connected with yourself.

They are all very simple, effective and quick ways to lower your stress hormones, and bring you to a place of peace.

No equipment is needed. No app. Just an open mind!

Once learned, they’re free to do, and can be done anywhere at any time.

They’re also skills that will last a lifetime.

The Experience

You will be guided through the various practices while sitting comfortably. 

You will have the opportunity to discuss your experience and ask any questions that arise from each of the relaxation techniques.

The Chanting element

During this class, you will practice a very simple and beautiful chant, which we do following a recording, with our eyes closed. 

You will need

A pair of socks, as shoes are removed at the door; comfortable clothing and an extra layer of clothing if you’re someone who feels the cold.

Classes take place twice monthly for those who wish to meditate
in a group setting, however one class is sufficient to learn the practice.
